Exhibit space reservations for MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2012 continue at a record clip with the expectation that all space in the 11 halls being used for the show will be sold out by the end of the year.
Current space reservations in North, Central and South halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center and the outdoor Silver Lot total 725,800 square feet compared to 521,950 square feet reserved for the same period at MINExpo® 2008.
Exhibit space is sold out in both the North and Central halls at this time and exhibitors have booked almost 85 percent of the available space in South 3 Hall. Outdoor space is still available in the Silver Lot, located immediately in front of the Convention Center.
While space sales are 39 percent ahead of the 2008 show at a comparable time, the number of exhibitors also is up – by 20 percent – over the previous show. These are strong indications that MINExpo® 2012 will be the largest and most comprehensive show yet.
Full registration services for MINExpo® 2012 will be available in North and South buildings. And shuttle bus service will be provided at both the Central and South halls to expedite traffic to and from the Convention Center and into the exhibit halls.
